I once heard that having Multiple Sclerosis, is like being a turtle in a world full of birds...

It was a bright and beautiful September morning when I was diagnosed with MS at the young age of 23. Three years later, I am still spending most of my days battling this chronic disease, but I've finally come to terms with the fact that while MS is a big part of who I am, it does not define me. I'm hoping to share some positive words, a few relatable memes, and the methods that help me live a relatively normal life.
